"I express the best of who I am in everything I think, feel, say and do"

When I first wrote these words, I wanted to capture the highest ideal for my life. These words came and they stuck. After working with them for a while I realised that expressing "my best" is inextricably linked with helping others to express theirs.

As a primary school teacher, I found joy in guiding the little people to make their first steps of discovery and sense-making in the world.

As a Leadership Development coach for the educational charity Teach First, I found meaning supporting new teachers to find their unique strengths and live their true purpose.

​

As Associate Director of Leadership Development for global E-Commerce group THG, I found fulfillment by helping hundreds of people, from apprentice to CEO, to discover their authentic self in a fast-paced and changing world. 

​

Now, having retrained as a forester to enhance my understanding of the natural world, I help organisations, businesses and individuals to express the best for themselves and for nature through a wide range of educational, coaching and landscape creation activities.
